Exhale and squat, keeping your upper body as straight as possible. Breathe normally.

Gently tilt your head back and elongate your spine. Hold this pose for 30 seconds, breathing normally.

Inhale, straighten your legs, and slowly lower your arms back to Mountain Pose. Relax.
