Mountain Pose. Extend your arms overhead and press your palms together.

Exhale and squat, keeping your upper body as straight as possible. Breathe normally.

Action 3

Gently tilt your head back and elongate your spine. Hold this pose for 30 seconds, breathing normally.

Action 4

Inhale, straighten your legs, and slowly lower your arms back to Mountain Pose. Relax.
